Peer Support Groups
We facilitate a small number of peer support groups. These are small groups where we walk or meet in a coffee shop to talk about life and any issues, as well as offering support and friendship. These are places to come and grow in confidence in speaking up and to find support within the group.
We have a peer support group that meets regularly in a coffee shop in Saltash. We also have a monthly Walk and Talk group that meets for a walk and coffee in various places around West and Mid Cornwall.
Speak Up Group details will be put on the website, so please check for meetings in your area. If you would like to receive invitations in the post, let us know and we will send you a membership form, and add your contact details to our database.
